Thin Film Filter Based ADM for CWDM System
3A Optical Add/Drop module for CWDM are used to add and drop an individual channel or multi-channels at an optical short to medium haul network node. In a CWDM system, configurable ADM allows selective adding and dropping of single or multi-channels, and can also be used as CWDM network router at the node to realize data stream re-direction. Epoxy-free in optical paths for greater reliability using proprietary packaging techniques, 3A CWDM thus can be used in high power applications.
