| Dense WDM module is a functional block that realizes multiple channel multiplexing or demultiplexing. A wide choice of DWDM module developed from mature thinfilm filter components is offered by 3A. 3A DWDMs are epoxy-free in optical paths for greater reliability using proprietary packaging techniques. It is thus used in high-power applications in DWDM. Module is available on the ITU grid at channel spacings of 200 GHz. |
